Summary: Offline Invoice Maker is developed by Chronos Labs and operates 100% offline-first. Your invoices, estimates, clients, catalog items, logos, photos, and backups are stored locally on your device. We do not operate cloud servers for the App, we do not require user accounts, and we do not collect, transmit, or sell your data.
Data We Collect
None. We do not collect, upload, or have access to any personal or business data you enter in the App. Everything stays in the on-device database until you choose to export, share, or delete it.
On-Device Storage
The App stores the following only on your device:
- Invoice and estimate contents (clients, line items, taxes, totals, signatures)
- Client directory entries, including any you import from your contacts
- Catalog items, business profile, logos, and attached photos
- App settings and Pro entitlement status cache
Permissions
Optional user-granted permissions (Camera, Contacts, Storage) stay entirely on-device and are used solely for local features like one-tap contact import or taking photo attachments. Denying a permission only disables that specific feature.
