By downloading, installing, or using Offline Invoice Maker ("the App"), developed by Chronos Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
The base App is free to download and use. The optional Pro upgrades (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime License) are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Because Offline Invoice Maker operates 100% locally on your device without cloud storage, you are solely responsible for creating and maintaining local backups of your data using the built-in JSON export tool. The developer cannot recover data lost due to device damage or OS reset.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for ensuring that invoices, tax rates, and calculations comply with your local legal and tax jurisdiction.
